Condo Review Specialist

About the role

This team sits within the U.S. mortgage operations space and is responsible for evaluating condominium projects to determine their eligibility for mortgage lending. The team works at the intersection of documentation analysis, risk assessment, and compliance. What you'll do

• Review and analyze condominium project documentation for mortgage lending purposes
• Review condo questionnaires, budgets, financial statements, insurance documents, HOA documents, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents
• Identify project-level risks, deficiencies, and missing or inconsistent documentation
• Order and track condo reviews and related documentation as required
• Coordinate with HOAs, management companies, lenders, borrowers, title companies, and other stakeholders to obtain required information
