ConnectWise PSA Operations Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented ConnectWise PSA Operations Administrator to support day-to-day operational work in our ConnectWise environment, including Manage and Sell/CPQ. This role is responsible for keeping core workflows moving accurately and on time, including sales order processing, ticket dispatch, product and billing updates, and general system administration.

What you'll do

• Convert sales orders into service tickets, projects, or agreements accurately and promptly
• Maintain product catalog records, pricing, tool additions, and related configurations to support accurate billing and invoicing
• Review and manage ticket dispatch, routing, queue monitoring, and other workflow activities to ensure timely assignment and follow-through
• Support ConnectWise Sell (CPQ) processes, including quotes, proposals, sales orders, and synchronization between Sell and Manage
• Assist with service agreement setup and maintenance to support recurring billing accuracy

What you need
