Construction Manager – PMC (Power Transmission, Substations & Renewable Integration)

About the role

The Construction Manager (PMC) will act as the site-level execution leader and client representative, responsible for end-to-end construction management of transmission lines, substations (AIS/GIS/Digital), and renewable energy integration (solar, wind, BESS). The role requires multi-disciplinary coordination across Electrical, Civil, and I&C systems, ensuring alignment with engineering intent, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

What you'll do

• Construction & Site Management
• Lead and oversee day-to-day construction activities for substations (up to 765 kV), transmission lines, and renewable integration infrastructure
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, QAP/FQP, and method statements
• Supervise EPC contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and site readiness
• Validate site conditions, constructability, and readiness, including proactive identification of constraints (ROW, logistics, interfaces)
