Construction Manager - Semiconductor Projects

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished CSA Construction Manager with 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for large-scale semiconductor projects.

What you'll do

• Provide overall leadership for CSA construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies and resource plans
• Drive decision-making and resolve critical issues to maintain project momentum
• Supervise all CSA works to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
• Implement robust quality control processes and conduct regular inspections
