About the role

The Interface Automation Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions for validating integrations and data exchanges across multiple CBPR systems — including Core Banking, Payments, Product Accounting, Financial Crime, and Knowledge & Insight. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end validation of APIs, data interfaces, and batch jobs through a robust, reusable automation framework.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of automated tests for interface and integration validation across the CBPR ecosystem
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Integration Leads to understand API specifications, message formats (JSON, XML), and interface dependencies
• Build and maintain API and backend test automation frameworks using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Cucumber, or Python
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins) to enable continuous testing
• Support test data automation for interface validation using synthetic data creation or data stubs
