Consultant, Business & Financial Operations

About the role

As a Consultant for Business and Financial Operations, you will drive project governance, improve financial processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Maintain and govern BU-level data : project status, resourcing, costs, invoicing - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and automation wherever possible
• Build and maintain dashboards and MIS reports that give BU leadership actionable, decision-ready insights at regular frequencies
• Track project and BU-level metrics against key targets, flagging bottlenecks proactively. Maintain resource allocation data across the BU
• Create profit & loss budgets and forecast for the BU, working closely with central Finance team
• Track project costs (travel, third-party, other), invoicing, and collections; surface variances and risks early
