Consultant, Coupa Core & Procurement Technology

About the role

The Consultant, BPA will support Northern Trust’s Coupa Spend Management platform, with primary responsibility for day-to-day application support, configuration, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of Coupa Core capabilities. The role will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Technology and other business stakeholders to support stable and effective procure-to-pay processes.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day functional and application support for Coupa Core , with emphasis on Procure-to-Pay processes
• Investigate and resolve production issues and user-reported incidents, including performing root-cause analysis and coordinating resolution with appropriate business
• Configure and maintain Coupa functionalities such as users, roles and permissions, approval workflows, content groups, account groups, chart of accounts, custom fields
• Support purchasing and invoicing processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, catalogs, supplier-related activities and invoice processing
• Support Coupa integrations with ERP and other enterprise applications, including investigation of integration errors and coordination of issue resolution
