About the role

The Senior SAP SD/LE Consultant-L2 will provide functional support and operational ownership for the customer's SAP Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution processes. The consultant will be responsible for incident resolution, service requests, defect analysis, testing support, documentation, and continuous service improvement activities within the AMS delivery model.

What you'll do

• Provide L2 support for SAP SD and LE processes across global Reckitt operations
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and application defects within agreed SLAs
• Inquiry and quotation processing
• Pricing and condition techniques
• Returns and credit management

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• SAP SD
• SAP
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP ABAP
• Stakeholder management
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
