What you'll do

• Perform fraud investigations by reviewing customer / merchant transaction data to identify suspicious activities, fraud patterns, and emerging fraud trends
• Analyze transactional data and behavioral indicators to detect anomalies, high-risk activities, and fraud typologies using data analytics techniques
• Review and optimize transaction monitoring rules by assessing effectiveness, reducing false positives, and improving fraud detection strike rates
• Evaluate fraud management processes, systems, and controls to identify gaps, compliance issues, operational risks, and opportunities for process enhancement
• Identify automation opportunities across fraud operations and investigation workflows and support implementation of technology-enabled solutions
