About the role

The role is primarily focused on managing intake requests, reviewing IAM requirements, coordinating changes, maintaining documentation, and guiding application teams through established authentication and authorization patterns.

What you'll do

  • Manage the WIAM intake queue for application onboarding, migration and change requests
  • Review and triage incoming requests based on established authentication and authorization (AuthN/AuthZ) patterns
  • Work with application and LOB teams to understand and refine IAM requirements
  • Support migration of applications to strategic enterprise authentication platforms
  • Coordinate change documentation, scheduling and implementation activities with relevant teams
