Job Title- IND Consultant II Health Ops Solution Line- Health & Benefits Position type- Full Time Work Location- Gurgaon Working style- Hybrid Cab Facility- Yes Shift Time – 12PM to 9PM People Manager role: No Required education and certifications critical for the role- Graduate (Except technical graduates) Required years of experience – 4-7 years of dynamic, relevant experience in group insurance would be considered an asset.

What you'll do

• Supporting client teams in the servicing of clients with respect to plan design, contract management and benchmarking
• Be involved with a variety of client deliverables including but not limited to contract reviews, plan design summaries and prevalence benchmarking
• Delivering reports based on various parameters i.e., premium, claims & Loss ratios
• Be involved with a variety of client deliverables that empower our clients to make informed decisions
• Analyze claims experience and financial/underwriting results, including identifying anomalies, estimating future plan costs, developing pricing models

What you need
