About the role

This role is responsible for the operations and administration of KPMG's DataPower Security Gateway appliance infrastructure, will manage virtual and physical DataPower devices. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, initial setup, domain management, firmware upgrades, DataPower service deployment, advanced troubleshooting, and automation scripting development.

What you'll do

• Work with the DataPower development team on deployment of services and service artifacts into the system
• Provide appliance and services support
• Monitor and perform timely updates of certificates, keys, and related configurations
• Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities
• Implement and manage effectiveness of Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem management processes for the service area

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Python
• PowerShell
• JavaScript
• Any graduate
