The Consultant supports day-to-day operational activities, client deliverables, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Execute daily operational and reporting activities within established deadlines
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
• Investigate and resolve exceptions, breaks, and client inquiries
• Prepare and distribute client reports and management information
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
