What you'll do

• Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Support the execution of the annual sales strategy and plans, in alignment with business priorities
• Track market trends, client needs and emerging opportunities to inform sales priorities
• Lead first-level conversations with select inbound leads to understand the organisation, its context and the broad nature of support required
• Support pipeline expansion and conversion through structured follow-ups, coordination and client engagement
