About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. We are looking for a highly proficient functional professional with strong experience across Business Analysis, Functional Solutioning, and Pre-Sales backed up by technical expertise on Power Platform.

What you'll do

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, requirement analysis, process mapping, fit-gap assessment, and functional solution design
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional solutions aligned with industry best practices and client objectives
• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution design documents
• Work with pursuit teams to understand client challenges and develop compelling functional propositions and solution approaches
• Lead or support solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept discussions

What you need
