About the role

What you'll do

• In this role, the individual will work with our HR and Learning stakeholders to drive and deliver harmonized, enterprise solutions and processes
• Participate in global HR and Learning projects including defining scope, documenting business requirements, gaining consensus, communication of progress
• Design, develop and execute testing protocols that include unit testing, integration testing and system testing, as driven by the requirements
• Define reporting requirements by working with our business stakeholders and other business units
• Also be responsible for producing ad-hoc data extracts, table management, training, and data validation and integrity
