What you'll do

• Client connects to understand requirements related to learning or talent development
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their specific learning objectives and performance gaps
• Designing learning solution journeys in line with the client's requirements
• Understand and articulate the value of proposed training solutions to clients, helping them see the ROI and business impact
• Expand client engagements by identifying additional training needs and opportunities for deeper/broader collaboration

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
