Consultant– WFM Functional

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant with hands‑on experience in UKG to support client engagements across geographies. The individual will work as part of the WFM delivery team and will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects by leveraging their knowledge of Workforce Management processes, tools, and systems.

What you'll do

• Support WFM client projects by applying knowledge of Timekeeping, Attendance, Leave Management, Scheduling, Accruals, and related WFM modules
• Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency in Workforce Management and take a business driven approach to solving client challenges
• Work as part of a global distributed team and ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of all deliverables
• Assist in full lifecycle WFM activities including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, and Deployment support
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and issue logs
