Content Analyst

About the role

This Role is for Content Analyst to support the day-to-day management of APAC Real-Time Reference Data , with a focus on Fixed Income markets across Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Fiji, and other APAC regions. This role is ideal for an individual with a foundational understanding of financial markets who is eager to develop deeper product, market, and operational expertise.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations related to APAC Real-Time Reference Data
• Monitor assigned workflows, queues, and service requests to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and data quality
• Investigate data issues, customer queries, and operational incidents, escalating where appropriate
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve data-related queries

What you need

• 1–3 years in content, writing & media
• Python
• Power BI
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• SQL
• LLMs
• Any graduate
