Content Developer - Learning Management System

About the role

We are seeking a skilled content developer to support a range of training programs and digital learning initiatives. This role will assist in instructional design to enhance e-learning content, analyze learning data, and work closely with key stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of digital learning.

What you'll do

• Assist in instructional design to enhance e-learning content, analyze learning data
• Responsible for managing and delivering new hire onboarding and department specific trainings to employees through the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Design and develop end-to-end courseware, including interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, simulations, videos
• Create and refine clear, engaging instructional content—including scripts, storyboards, assignments
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, implement, and maintain e-learning courses and training materials
