Content Lead

About the role

We already have a photographer-videographer, writer, designer and support team in place. What we need is the person in the middle — someone who can take a business idea, turn it into a clear and executable creative brief, direct the team, and make sure the final work is right before it reaches the owner or goes live.

What you'll do

• Translate business objectives and campaign ideas into clear, reference-led creative briefs
• Direct photographers, designers and writers to execute content to a high standard
• Build and manage the monthly content calendar across brands and platforms
• Set timelines, follow up with the team and keep projects moving
• Review every piece of content before it reaches the owner or goes public

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
• Social media
• Performance marketing
• Any graduate
