Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator for Building & Township Projects will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects of large-scale building and township infrastructure projects. This includes overseeing claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT), ensuring compliance with FIDIC and government contracts, and mitigating risks.

What you'll do

• Oversees the administration and communication of all elements of contractual terms and conditions from proposal stage through contract close-out and audit
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and monitor project performance against contract requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all building project contracts
• Assess and evaluate claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT) in line with contract provisions
• Prepare and submit variation orders and claims to clients or stakeholders for building projects
