Contract Analyst (EMEA Shift- NORAM Region) - FBS - Bengaluru

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Controller and sitting within the FBS Team, the Contract Analyst will predominantly support the MSP service line across the NORAM region, although the role may expand over time to support multiple service lines depending on workload and business needs.

What you'll do

• Primary responsibility for ensuring compliance and consistency with the administration procedures of the Contracts Department
• Responsible for assisting with contract production and leading negotiations with suppliers
• Drafting and editing Standard templates for new contracts, Third Party Agreements, extensions and other contract documents as required
• Administration and updating of contract templates
• Escalating contract queries to Contract Manager and AGS Legal department if required
