Contract and Claims Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define contract management strategy and contract formulation. Each day, you will ensure that all contract management activities are tendered, negotiated, and executed in accordance with the contract negotiations handbook / contract management framework and relevant group/division/business directives and instructions, including company procedures.

What you'll do

• Have the opportunity to define contract management strategy and contract formulation
• Ensure that all contract management activities are tendered, negotiated
• Also showcase your expertise by reviewing and commenting on contract terms and conditions and annexes to the contract/frame agreement
• Support Contract Managers in delivering contract management services and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations across projects, divisions, and business lines
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure contract requirements, flow-down obligations, purchase orders
