What you'll do
- Maintain contractual obligations, notices, correspondence, variation/change register, warranty/compliance action status and claims-support records
- Coordinate commercial records for delivery delays, preservation issues, OEM interfaces, performance-test outcomes and replacement obligations
- Review quantity/payment support with QS and technical readiness evidence with package specialists
- Track contractual risks related to performance guarantees, availability, degradation/SOH obligations, spares and HOTO documentation
- Prepare package assessments and escalation briefs for PMO contractual governance
