Contract Coordinator

About the role

The CLM COE or Contract Operations team manages contract administration and lifecycle support across business functions, including intake, e-signature coordination, repository completion, issue resolution, metadata quality, and confidentiality controls. The team enables timely and compliant contract processing while supporting the transition to Evisort and standardized digital workflows.

What you'll do

• Intake and submission quality
• Monitor contract requests received through shared mailboxes, Evisort and other approved intake channels
• Review submissions for completeness and identify missing information, incorrect templates, missing vendor details, incomplete documents or unclear signing requirements
• Validate that the request is ready for signature processing and identify items that must be returned to the requestor for correction
• Maintain accurate request status, activity notes and supporting documentation in the approved workflow
