About the role

As a Contractor Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by: Monitor contractor performance through inspections, audits, incident management, and performance reporting to promote safe working practices and continuous improvement. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role : Safety Focus - Identifying and improving conditions that affect own and others’ safety. Upholding safety standards.

What you'll do

• Provide coordination and oversight of all third-party contractor activities related to project, maintenance, testing, and inspection work undertaken on site
• Planning and Organising - Establishing courses of action of self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently
• Influencing – Able to motivate and engage stakeholders at all levels, to enable positive change in safety behaviours

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• Safety management
• B.Tech or B.E.
