Contracts Administrator (Pre & Post) - Semiconductor Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator – CSA (Pre & Post) with 15 years of expertise in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements for semiconductor projects
• Coordinate with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure contract terms align with project objectives and regulatory requirements
• Support bid and proposal processes, including contract risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Administer CSA contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change management, claims, and dispute resolution
• Monitor contract performance, compliance, and deliverables; maintain accurate contract records and documentation
