Contracts and Procurement Manager – Transmission Line and Substation

About the role

Administer project contracts and monitor procurement activities to protect the Client's contractual and commercial interests, including variations, claims, extension of time, RA bills, BOQ control and contractor compliance.

What you'll do

• Review contract conditions, technical scope, BOQ, payment terms, milestones and contractor obligations
• Establish contract-administration procedures, correspondence protocols and contractual registers
• Monitor compliance with contractual notices, securities, insurance, warranties and statutory obligations
• Review variation proposals, change requests and scope-deviation submissions
• Assess contractor claims for additional cost and extension of time in coordination with planning and technical teams

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Procurement
• Quantity estimation
• Reconciliation
• B.Tech or B.E.
