About the role

As a Contract Administrator at FARO CREAFORM, you will support the review, negotiation, and processing of customer agreements while working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.

What you'll do

Review customer and partner contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, terms and conditions, and tender documents
Identify contractual risks and recommend revisions aligned with company standards
Support contract negotiations involving liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and other key terms
Coordinate contract approval and signature workflows, including DocuSign processes
Assist with distributor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance documentation
