About the role

The Contract Engineer will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and managing all contract-related activities for real estate and construction projects. This role ensures compliance with legal, technical, and commercial requirements while optimizing project cost and risk management.

What you'll do

• Review and analyze vendor/contractor documents, BOQs, drawings, and contract clauses
• Prepare, evaluate, and manage contracts, work orders, and subcontract agreements
• Monitor and control project costs, variations, and billing (including RA bills and final bills)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for approvals, clarifications, and compliance
• Ensure that all legal, commercial, and technical terms are adhered to during execution
