Experienced Contracts Engineer with over 5+ years of expertise in real estate construction projects (Residential) . Skilled in contract finalization, contractor evaluation, billing verification, rate analysis, budgeting, and project cost control. Proven ability to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from tender stage to contract closure while ensuring commercial and contractual compliance.

What you'll do

• Contract Finalization & Administration
• Drafting and finalization of material + labour and labour-only contracts
• Defining scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms & conditions
• Contractor evaluation and comparative statement preparation
• Issuing LOIs, work orders, and contract agreements
