The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets, and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200+ million USD.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of real estate properties
• Manage and review the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting deliverables
• Review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and other accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure proper accounting controls and adherence to established accounting policies and reporting requirements
• Take complete ownership of accounting deliverables and independently resolve routine accounting issues
