Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how Develop mockups, flows, redlining and all other creative prototyping related items Work closely with support team to assess use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of user questions

What you'll do

• Create a virtual Chat Bot agent
• Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how
• Develop mockups, flows, redlining and all other creative prototyping related items
• Work closely with support team to assess use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of user questions
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, feel comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Prototyping
• Content strategy
• User research
• Any graduate
