About the role

Manufacturing & Plant Operations Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, driving production, quality, cost, delivery and productivity. Projects & Manufacturing Infrastructure Lead new manufacturing facility development, capacity expansion, commissioning and ramp-up projects. Industrialisation & Product Scale-Up Lead the transition of new products from concept and development to commercial manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Scale manufacturing capacity through effective plant management, throughput optimisation, workforce planning and OEE improvement
• Establish robust manufacturing systems, quality standards and processes to support high-volume, zero-defect manufacturing
• Oversee complex manufacturing processes, including proprietary battery assembly and critical EV systems
• Drive project execution across CapEx planning, equipment installation, automation, infrastructure development and commissioning
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, quality standards and operational requirements
