About the role

The key responsibilities are - Manage and improve daily operations across departments in the dealership We're looking for someone who has: Strong experience in managing and leading a construction equipment dealership The candidate needs to be both commercially and operationally strong and should either have managed dealership in the construction equipment space or a commercial vehicle dealership

What you'll do

• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met
• Work closely with senior leadership across multiple departments to plan and execute business objectives
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure efficient operations
