About the role

The Coordinator (Examination) is responsible for the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of all examination-related activities. The role ensures timely conduct of examinations, accurate processing of results, and compliance with institutional and statutory examination policies while maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the examination process.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and conduct of internal and external examinations
• Prepare examination timetables, seating arrangements, and examination-related notices
• Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, invigilators, and external examiners
• Ensure adherence to examination rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures
• Manage examination logistics including question papers, answer scripts, attendance sheets, and evaluation records
