Coordinator, Production Management - India

About the role

This is a fast-moving role for someone organized, thorough and quick to exercise judgment. You will run day-to-day production workflows across multiple projects, anticipate risks, and work with senior internal and external stakeholders to find practical solutions. As the main point of contact between Netflix teams and Production Houses, you will keep creative intent, schedules, budgets and delivery aligned.

What you'll do

• Break down and review series budgets and schedules with EPs, Line Producers and production companies, using market-rate benchmarks to flag savings and risks
• Track spend against approved budgets with Production Finance. Flag variances early and recommend mitigations
• Review scripts for feasibility and cost. Recommend production approaches such as location and scheduling strategy, crew structure and block shooting
• Keep projects moving when scripts, scope or approvals are unsettled. Set out the options and trade-offs, make a recommendation, and help Creative, Finance
• Escalate early when creative ambition, budget and schedule conflict. Communicate changes clearly to all stakeholders
