Core HR Functional

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Core HR Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Global Human Resources (Core HR). The consultant will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support for global HR processes.

What you'll do

• Lead functional implementation and transformation projects for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR
• Conduct business requirement workshops, process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design with HR stakeholders
• Configure and support Enterprise Structures, Legal Employers, Business Units, Departments, Locations, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and Workforce Structures
• Configure Person Management, Employment, Work Relationships, Assignment Management, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations, and Global HR processes
• Design and configure Workforce Structures, security roles, data access, approvals, and HR transaction flows
