Corporate Actions Specialist at Millennium. Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of all tradable securities in Millennium’s Global Security Master.

What you'll do

• Oversee the completion of data quality control checks via system and business validations
• Liaise with internal front, middle, and back-office teams, as well as external data vendors, to resolve ad hoc issues and ensure seamless data operations
• Work with Development on requirements, assist in the design and implementation of new processes and workflows to improve Security Master for firm stakeholders
• Lead the build-out of the Corporate Actions Data Management function, including the establishment of workflows, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes
• Monitor corporate actions and market data events (e.g., dividends, mergers, splits
