Corporate Counsel, Devices - Digital Legal

About the role

You will serve as a lawyer responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of legal, commercial, technology, privacy, compliance and regulatory matters. You will work directly with the business, providing day-to-day advice in a wide range of legal areas serving as counsel on strategic initiatives and key deals, helping evaluate and launch new and innovative products.

• Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily job
• Serve as a lawyer responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of legal, commercial, technology, privacy, compliance and regulatory matters
• Work directly with the business, providing day-to-day advice in a wide range of legal areas serving as counsel on strategic initiatives and key deals
• Closely work with local and global legal teams and outside counsel

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
