Corporate Counsel Lead/Sr Lead - Employment Law

About the role

As a Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Human Resources and business leaders, providing practical, business-focused employment law guidance across India and supporting broader Asia Pacific matters. You will advise on day-to-day employment issues, disputes, policy development and compliance, while partnering with key stakeholders on internal investigations and other employment-related legal matters.

What you'll do

• Manage employment disputes, pre-litigation claims, litigation, arbitration and mediation, working with external counsel when needed
