Corporate Recruiter, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to support Xerox’s growth and strategic priorities. Using tools like Avature, you’ll manage a seamless hiring process, create an exceptional candidate experience, and drive recruitment strategies that align with our mission to foster diversity and innovation.

What you'll do

• Develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating feedback, and negotiating offers
• Analyze and refine recruitment workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness through all channels of engagement
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement strategies for streamlining hiring processes
