Corporate sales manager

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B and corporate accommodation partnerships for Truliv properties in Chennai. The role focuses on corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, preferred booking models, and long-term occupancy growth through enterprise relationships.

What you'll do

• Corporate Sales & Business Development
• Identify and onboard corporate clients for employee accommodation and long-stay housing requirements
• Build and manage relationships with HR teams, corporates, institutions, academies, and channel partners
• Structure and close corporate booking models including Preferred Partner (PP), bulk bookings, and negotiated rate agreements
• Revenue & Occupancy Growth

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
