About the role

The Director – Treaty is responsible for driving the sales and business development of treaty reinsurance products. This role involves managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of treaty reinsurance, market trends, and sales strategies.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving the sales and business development of treaty reinsurance products
• Develop and implement sales strategies for treaty reinsurance products to meet business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and reinsurance partners
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in treaty reinsurance
