Corporate Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Corporate Senior Travel Consultant, you will manage incoming travel requests across multiple communication channels while delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized service. You will advise business travelers, recommend suitable travel solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience through relevant additional services.

What you'll do

• Also support team performance by sharing expertise, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to operational projects
• Manage Corporate Travel Requests: Handle incoming customer requests through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses
• Provide Expert Travel Consultation: Advise business customers on travel options, itineraries
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, provide focused attention to their needs
• Anticipate and Resolve Challenges: Identify potential travel disruptions or service issues and proactively assist customers in finding appropriate solutions
