About the role

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Corporate Trainer to own the design and delivery of learning programs for our new hires and existing employees. You will build the capabilities that keep our consultants and recruiters client-ready, from onboarding and technical and soft skills to leadership development. This role blends

What you'll do

• Run structured onboarding and induction programs for fresh graduates and lateral hires, including US client
• Culture, communication, and business etiquette
• Facilitate workshops on soft skills, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and professional
• Conduct role plays, simulations, and mock interviews to build real-world readiness
• Design and develop training materials, presentations, learner guides, assessments, and learning modules

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Curriculum development
• Learning and development
• PowerPoint
• Communication
• Employee engagement
• BBA or MBA
