To ensure accurate product costing, monitor material usage, for pricing, profitability, and strategic decisions in the food processing business (spices, breakfast cereals, instant mixes). analytical and numerical skills. mindset with attention to accuracy. to identify cost leakages and improvement areas.

What you'll do

• And analyze material consumption vs. standard norms
• Conduct batch-level and recipe costing for production runs
• Monitor wastage, yield, and shrinkage across processing stages
• Perform standard vs. actual cost variance analysis and recommend
• Support product pricing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Tally
• Costing
• Excel
• ERP
• Food safety
• MIS reporting
• CMA or M.Com or CA Intermediate or MBA

Good to have

• VBA
• SAP
• Valuation
• Variance analysis
