About the role

To perform the role of the SPOC, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service Main job purpose (other than specified in the generic Job Description) Cost Managers handle commissions of varying sizes, depending upon the complexity of the project

What you'll do

• Perform the role of the SPOC, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery
• Ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service
• Supporting the team and juniors in case of any technical difficulties faced by them
• Planning and managing the works assigned by the senior management/Client
• Review MEP specifications, interpret contracts and participate in technical & commercial negotiations with vendors

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• MEP
• HVAC
• Valuation
• Financial statements
• Plumbing
• B.Tech or B.E.
