About the role

Serve as legal advisor and day-to-day counsel for the global Supply Chain Management (SCM) function including claims management.

What you'll do

  • Align with the strategic vision for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and the Sustainability and Governance (S&G) team
  • Review and manage Indian projects related claims and coordinate with legal & Contracts Management
  • Implement and execute proactive legal policies to minimize risk and protect the organization
  • Draft prime contract flow down requirements into vendor subcontracts, purchase orders or existing MSAs
  • Draft, review, negotiate and approve vendor purchase orders, supply orders and subcontracts

What you need

  • 5–10 yrs of experience
  • Negotiation
